With over 48 years of combined experience Bartow Riggs and Bill Wilkins provide accurate, consistent and impartial permanent disability ratings for California Workers' Compensation applicant and defense attorneys,  claims personnel and injured workers.  In addition we provide expert testimony at workers' compensation trials and provide expert instruction via seminars and classes regarding the rating of permanent disability.
